    Lab members presented preliminary findings on protease-supplemented low-protein diets at the bi-weekly nutrigenetics seminar. Discussion focused on linking growth performance with microbiome shifts.

    Spring sampling week wrapped

    Two weeks of in vivo sampling for the broiler trial completed without a hitch — fresh material for the next round of 16S and LC-MS-TOF analyses.

    A half-day hands-on session on Snakemake, conda environments, and notebook hygiene. We're standardizing the lab's analysis stack across projects.
